
 Agrarians of the Novosibirsk region have sown more than a million hectares, having overcome the median of the sowing campaign in 2022. Thanks to the increased technical equipment and good weather, daily output now reaches 110,000 hectares per day. 
 The sowing campaign started much earlier this year - sowing of oilseeds in a number of farms in the Bagan and Karasuk regions began on April 12. 
 In 2022, the area under crops in the Novosibirsk Region will increase again. The area of spring sowing will be 2.04 million hectares, of which 1.1 million hectares have already been sown as of May 19.
 “The daily output of spring sowing now exceeds 100,000 hectares per day in the region. We are going at the rate of sowing with a significant excess compared to last year, and there are all prerequisites for completing spring sowing this year before the beginning of June,” said Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk Region Yevgeny Leshchenko. 
 Maslyaninsky (81%), Ubinsky (76%), Novosibirsky (70%), Barabinsky (69%), Kolyvansky (68%), Suzunsky (67%) districts are leaders in the implementation of the spring sowing plan. 
 More than 1200 agricultural producers of the region participate in the sowing campaign. 7.4 thousand tractors, 5.4 thousand seeders, more than a thousand modern high-performance sowing complexes (+117 units by 2021) are involved in field work.
