Russia records new record for COVID-19 deaths

Over the past day in RUSSIA, 1,178 people have died from the CORONAVIRUS infection covid-19 , which has become a new maximum since the beginning of the pandemic, according to data from the federal operational headquarters. More than 1.1 thousand people per day die from COVID-19 for the eighth day in a row.
Most deaths over the past day have traditionally been recorded in Moscow (98, maximum since July 27) and St. Petersburg (83).
