Sobyanin called the timing of the lifting of restrictions on mass events

Restrictions on mass events in Moscow, introduced due to the CORONAVIRUS, will be lifted “closer to the fall”, when citizens will have collective immunity, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, told reporters during the SPIEF, Interfax reports.

According to him, the city has been living in a normal mode for about a year now, only preventive measures against the spread of covid-19 remain .

“Mass events are the restrictions that have remained, most likely <...> somewhere closer to the fall [will be canceled] and [herd immunity will be achieved],” Sobyanin said.

The mayor also ruled out the introduction of additional restrictions due to the coronavirus.
