Epidemic thresholds for the incidence of influenza and SARS have been exceeded in 64 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, according to the website of Rospotrebnadzor.
“According to the total population, the epidemic thresholds for the incidence of influenza and SARS have been exceeded in 64 regions of the Russian Federation. Exceeding the weekly thresholds for the incidence of influenza and SARS is observed mainly among the adult population and adolescents.
The agency clarified that the share of influenza viruses in the overall structure of confirmed respiratory diseases continues to grow.
