The Capital Construction Department of Bashkiria will conclude a contract for the completion of the construction of the Shulgan-Tash museum complex in the Burzyansky district of the republic with the Ufa company Capital Stroy. The organization became the only participant in the auction announced by the department and reduced the initial price of the contract by 1 million to 105.7 million rubles.
The contractor will have to perform construction, installation, commissioning and supply equipment to the facility. The responsibilities of the contract executor will also include installation of small architectural forms, landscaping of the territory, installation of lighting, pavement, creation of an artificial reservoir, etc. The winning company may engage subcontractors to perform the work. The work must be completed by the end of 2021.
Shulgan-Tash is one of the main tourist brands in the region. In 2020, more than 60 thousand tourists visited the territory. The museum complex "Shulgan-Tash" next to the cave of the same name was planned to be put into operation in November 2020, however, the deadline for the completion of the object was postponed due to the spread of covid-19 .
As RBC Ufa reported, an exposition with copies of rock paintings and audiovisual accompaniment will appear in the Shulgan-Tash Cave Museum in the Burzyansky district. The museum signed a contract for the production of the exposition with the Ufa company "Maket-RF". She will perform the work for 55.7 million rubles.
According to the RBC Company resource, Kapital Stroy LLC was founded in April 2014. The founders of the organization are Vasif Ashrafov and Alexey Lesin, the latter is also the general DIRECTOR of the company. In 2020, the company's revenue amounted to 793.1 million rubles, net profit - 20.1 million rubles. In 2018, the company received a contract for the construction of the Shulgan-Tash museum complex for 299 million rubles, taking into account additional agreements, the final amount was 326.3 million rubles, the funds were allocated from the regional budget.
