The mask regime at PJSC KAMAZ is introduced from December 20. The reason is the prevention of an increase in the incidence of influenza,
“Due to the difficult epidemiological situation in the region and in accordance with the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor, in order to prevent the growth of influenza, SARS and CORONAVIRUS diseases and maintain the HEALTH of the company’s employees, from December 20, KAMAZ introduces a mask regime. At the moment, title documents are being prepared,” the company’s official community on the VKontakte social network reported today.
On December 15, the executive committee of Naberezhnye Chelny announced the resumption of the mask regime due to the worsening epidemiological situation. Masks are required for both employees and visitors.
On the same day, the order of the HEAD of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan Marina Patyashina was published on the introduction of restrictions due to the increase in the incidence of influenza and SARS. In particular, a ban was introduced on visiting patients in hospitals, and the mask regime became mandatory in medical institutions.

“There was a pretty strong strain of covid, but they still compete. Now the covid has weakened, and a fairly strong strain of H1N1 flu has appeared. And as a result, there is both influenza and COVID. And although the clinical picture is similar, the treatment of these viruses varies. For example, with covid, blood thinning therapy is needed, and with influenza, on the contrary, due to hemorrhagic syndrome. Therefore, the laboratories are working, there are tests,” Sadykov said.
The Minister urged both adults and children to refrain from going to work and school, respectively, in the presence of a high temperature, in order to avoid the spread of infections.
