The Dzerzhinsk administration said in a statement that incentive payments will be received by all employees of the enterprise who have been vaccinated against covid-19, including employees of the branch in the city of Biysk, Altai Territory

The management of the FKP "Plant named after Y.M. Sverdlov" (Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region) decided to pay 30 thousand rubles to employees who were vaccinated against COVID-19. This was reported by the administration of the city of Dzerzhinsk.

Yury Shumsky, General DIRECTOR of the enterprise, explained that the decision was made in order to encourage employees who "supported collective vaccination and thus prevented the disruption of the production program." Shumsky noted that in July the plant reached a profitable financial result, and now we can say that all annual targets will be exceeded.

In total, the company plans to allocate at least 200 million rubles for incentive payments to vaccinated employees. Vaccination is organized on the basis of the medical and sanitary part of the plant.

Mayor of Dzerzhinsk Ivan Noskov expressed hope that other enterprises in the city would adopt this method.

“Covid is indeed not only a medical but also an economic problem. We cannot allow enterprises, both large and small, to stop,” said Ivan Noskov.
