The duty department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Baranovichi City Executive Committee received a message from a 45-year-old resident of the city about systematic torture. The applicant explained that in the period from March 2022 to May 2023, the 42-year-old cohabitant severely beat her several times, hit her with his palms and fists, and pushed her hard. A similar incident occurred with a 41-year-old resident of Baranavichy, who contacted the duty station with a complaint of domestic violence. Both victims turned to the police for help.
