A fattening area for lambs for 50,000 places! It is cold outside, the frost is -40°C, but the lambs not only do not die, but successfully gain weight! There are no rooms or awnings in the fattening area, only easily removable shelters from the wind.
Lambing of ewes occurs in April-May, after which the lambs and ewes are kept for four months on spring pastures (kokteu), summer (dzhailau) and autumn pastures (kuzeu) and only after that they are put on fattening for four months.
