In Perm, a schoolgirl died after falling ice from the roof of a house

With numerous injuries that qualify as serious harm to health on the basis of danger to life, the victim was taken and hospitalized in a medical facility.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case, the charge was brought against the general director of LLC UK "Vladimirsky" Sergey Kharchenko. He is accused of committing a crime under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet the requirements of the safety of life and health of consumers, which negligently caused serious harm to human health).
