July 18, Grodno. The farms do not stand still: they receive the product and think what else to improve, what to produce for their population, and then for EXPORT. Olga Epishko, DIRECTOR of the Research Center for Innovative Technologies at the Grodno Agrarian University, shared this opinion with a BelTA correspondent.

"Farms do not stand still: they received MILK, they received a product, for example, fortified milk, and begin to think what else to improve, what to produce for their population, and then for export. Today we have the development of technical conditions for obtaining A2 milk. it is a milk that is easily digestible, a number of enterprises take it for baby food. Just a few days ago, we began to cooperate with several highly productive enterprises with a gross milk yield of more than 8 kg per cow. The Luninets Dairy Plant produces this milk for the general market and everyone can buy it. In general, Belarus is at the world level of keeping animals with such a genotype that can produce A2 milk. The global trend is 30%. A lot of work is being done on the genetic potential, selection and selection of animals. A huge number of farms are focused on ensuring food security," Olga Epishko said.

She added that CHINA is ready to take huge volumes of A2 milk. "As the monitoring showed, 100,000 tons of such milk can be shipped to this country at $8 per liter. And this will give enormous profits and an opportunity to develop in this area. Strict control is carried out over feed, we have the technical regulations of the customs union. We are accredited "We constantly check products for counterfeit products. And, unfortunately, we find it. Especially if raw materials are imported from other countries. Today, this strict control of product promotion on the market is underway, and thus the food security of our country is ensured," said the director of the research center.

Olga Epishko also stressed that quality is the focus in Belarus. "And now we are also increasing the quantity. By this we have gained authority among many countries. By the way, our technologies have become in demand in RUSSIA. By selling them, we will increase the export of science-intensive products, our own goods. We are independent and protected. We have everything. We have a very high genetic potential. Russia is ready to take our embryos and livestock. We are now tasked with testing beef cattle. We are currently developing urgent methods and we hope that we will manage within a month," Olga Epishko concluded.
