According to the results of laboratory studies in samples of MEAT semi-finished products, inconsistencies in the microbiological indicator of BGKP (coliforms) were revealed, which do not meet the standards and requirements established by the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of meat and meat products" TR CU 034/2013, adopted by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 09.10.2013 No. 68.
In accordance with Art. 3 of the Federal Law “On the Quality and Safety of Food Products” dated January 2, 2000 No. 29-FZ, food products that do not correspond to the information provided, including those containing regulated substances in quantities that do not correspond to those established in according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, and (or) contain organisms that were formed or were added (introduced) in the process of food production (contaminants), the presence of which may have a harmful effect on humans and future generations.
In order to prevent further violations, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Department issued a warning to the legal entity about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
Since the beginning of 2023, this is the fifth case of detection of violations of the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union in terms of safety among manufacturers.
