Rosselkhozbank lays claim to the Novoaleksandrovsky meat processing plant

The bank demands from the management company the repayment of debt under several loan agreements for 2020–2022 for a total amount of 841.6 million rubles and interim measures in the form of seizure of all property of SHP YugRosProm LLC. If the claim is satisfied, the bank will be given for safekeeping its main asset -NovoaleksandrovskyMEAT processing plant.

The ArbitrationCOURT left the application of Rosselkhozbank without progress until December 15 on the basis that the plaintiff did not forward claims to SHP YugRosProm LLC under nine loan agreements.

LLC "Agricultural Enterprise "South of Luxury Industry", founded in 1997, manages the Novoaleksandrovsky meat processing plant, which produces 10 thousand tons of products per year: more than 200 types of sausages, semi-finished products, deli meats and canned food. Last year, SHP YugRosProm LLC received 72.2 million rubles of net profit with revenue of 1.4 billion, and the meat processing plant received 771 thousand rubles of net profit with revenue of 28.6 million rubles. 

Both defendant companies belonged to local businessman Tornike Gulua, who died in a car accident at the end of July.
