An increase in duck production is observed at the Ulybino poultry farm in the Iskitimsky district of the Novosibirsk region.

Even against the backdrop of the covid-19 pandemic, the poultry complex with significant EXPORT potential is building additional buildings and entering new product markets.

The construction of a poultry farm on the outskirts of the village of Ulybino began two years ago. Now, dozens of buildings for growing ducks, an incubator, slaughter and poultry processing workshops are located on a production site with an area of 400 hectares.

With the onset of the pandemic, the company had to urgently change its marketing strategy. The main customers of the products, the establishments of the HoReCa segment, were closed. The sales department refocused on retail. According to the DIRECTOR of the Ulybino poultry farm, Maxim Rechkunov, it took one and a half to two months.

The Ulybino poultry complex has implemented a full cycle of duck production: from eggs to the finished product in branded packaging. Three-day-old ducklings for the parent herd are imported from Europe. Now the company employs about 400 people. In the fall, they plan to launch another 12 buildings for keeping ducks.

The poultry farm plans to reach its design capacity of 18 thousand tons of duck MEAT per year in 2023. French duck, grown in the Novosibirsk region, is already being delivered to various regions of RUSSIA, from Primorye to Kaliningrad. Export directions to Kazakhstan and Belarus have been opened. The first delivery to CHINA is scheduled for August .
