- The increase in prices for chicken MEAT in the Turkestan region became the reason for conducting an antimonopoly analysis of the commodity market for the production and sale of chicken meat in the region by the territorial department of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition.
As it turned out, the increase in prices for chicken thighs was 9% since the beginning of the year. Taking into account the significant growth rate, the Antimonopoly Department sent a notice about the presence in the actions of Infrastroy LTD LLP of signs of violation of competition law, expressed in the abuse of a dominant position in terms of setting monopoly high prices for manufactured products.
At present, LLP "Infrastroy LTD" has fulfilled the notice, reducing the selling price of manufactured products to the previous price.
