In Minsk, a drunken man was detained on a car sharing car

April 13, MINSK. Drunken motorists are under special control of the capital's state traffic inspectors, the UGAI GUVD of the Minsk City Executive Committee reminded, BelTA informs.

On April 12, employees of the special unit for ensuring road safety of the traffic police of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee stopped a Chevrolet car sharing car near building No. 21 on Independence Avenue. As it turned out, the car was driven by a 30-year-old man with signs of intoxication . A medical examination revealed 0.56 ppm of ALCOHOL in his body.

Another drunk driver was detained by traffic police inspectors near building No. 18 on Kolesnikova Street. It turned out to be a 40-year-old man driving a Ford. According to the results of a medical examination, 1.93 ppm of alcohol was found in his body.

The traffic police recalls that for drunk driving, the administrative penalty depends on the concentration of alcohol in the blood or its vapors in the exhaled air: from 0.3 to 0.8 ppm - 100 base units with deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities for a period of three years; over 0.8 ppm - 200 basic units with deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities for a period of five years.
