In Bashkiria, 13,000 violators of the high alert regime were fined

In Bashkiria in 2021 (as of December 23), 13.1 thousand violators of the high alert regime were fined. The total amount of fines imposed by the regional courts amounted to 55.1 million rubles. This was reported to RBC Ufa in the joint press service of the courts of the republic.

Residents of Bashkiria, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities are held accountable for violating the measures established by the country's chief sanitary DOCTOR, as well as the decree on the high alert regime in force in the region since March 18, 2020. During this period, the courts considered 57.3 thousand cases of administrative offenses under two articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation related to failure to comply with sanitary and hygienic requirements and anti-epidemiological measures during the period of the threat of the spread of covid-19 .

Under Article 20.6.1 “Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in case of an emergency or the threat of its occurrence”, in 2021, the courts issued 56.06 thousand decisions on the imposition of an administrative penalty. Fines totaling 40.7 million rubles were received by 12.04 thousand citizens, 41.3 thousand defendants got off with warnings. As RBC Ufa reported, in 2020, 13.9 thousand fines for 20.5 million rubles were imposed under this article, 22.4 thousand people received warnings.

The minimum fine under Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for individuals is 1,000 rubles, the maximum is 30,000 rubles. Officials of organizations face fines ranging from 10,000 to 50,000, legal entities - from 100,000 to 300,000 rubles. For those who carry out entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, sanctions are provided in the amount of 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles.

Under Article 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Violation of the legislation in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population”, the courts of Bashkiria considered 1.3 thousand cases, fines of 14.4 million rubles were imposed on 1.08 thousand, in 34 cases a warning was In 48 cases, the courts decided on the administrative suspension of activities. In 2020, under this article, the courts issued 170 fines for 4.19 million rubles.
