The structure of Gazprom Gazprom invest Tomsk transfers employees who have not been vaccinated or do not have the required level of antibodies to remote work. This was reported to RBC in the press service of Gazprom. According to a company representative, this is done to create a safe working environment.
According to the Gaz-father TELEGRAM channel, 164 out of about 330 employees of Gazprom Invest Tomsk are required to take time off at their own expense until they bring a certificate of vaccination. This was confirmed to RBC by a source in Gazprom Invest, through which Gazprom controls the Tomsk company. According to him, some of the employees went to be vaccinated without undergoing a medical examination and without taking into account possible contraindications, and another part disputes the decision of the management.
But the representative of "Gazprom" has denied it. Vaccination of employees of the Tomsk branch of Gazprom invest, as well as in the Gazprom group as a whole, is carried out “only on a voluntary basis,” he says. Several employees of the central office of Gazprom in St. Petersburg confirmed to RBC that the authorities do not force vaccination, but recommend it.
The possibility of vaccination is provided, including on the basis of corporate medical institutions, the representative of Gazprom added.
