In the Yaroslavl region, convicts will be sent to work at a poultry farm. This was reported in the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights Sergei Baburkin.
The prisoners will work at the Yaroslavsky Broiler enterprise. Thus, a new correctional center for those sentenced to forced labor will open in Tutaev. The innovation will solve the personnel problem.
In the center, convicts will be able to use mobile phones and wear ordinary clothes. This is the third correctional center in the region. Similar institutions operate in Rybinsk and Uglich.
