Microbial transglutaminase was found in beef sausages from the Atyashevsky meat processing plant.

Microbial transglutaminase (mTG), an additive banned in the country, was detected in Delikaiser-branded products, specifically beef sausages. The sausages in question are packaged in 360-gram rolls and were produced on April 1, 2025, in the Torbeevsky District of Mordovia, with an expiration date of May 6. Samples for analysis were collected during government monitoring at a Pyaterochka store in Moscow. Rospotrebnadzor experts found these sausages to be non-compliant with food additive safety requirements under TR CU 029/2012. Similar violations were recorded in April, when microbial transglutaminase was also detected in cooked "Doctorskaya GOST" sausage shipped to the Novosibirsk Region.
