The Grand Fraise LLC company was registered on February 22 in the Oryol region. According to the classifier of types of economic activity, it will be engaged in the processing and canning of potatoes, as well as the production of starch and starch-containing products. The authorized capital of the company is 10 million rubles, and Konstantin Agafonov was appointed General DIRECTOR.
In December last year, Miratorg also reported that the holding, together with the Vkusno-i Tochka restaurant chain (owned by Govor), plans to build in 2023 and launch a plant for the production of frozen french fries and potato wedges in 2024 .
