Currently, the Chicken Kingdom - Bryansk plant processes up to 180 thousand poultry per day. The company produces more than 260 types of products under the well-known brands among Russians: Petelinka, Chicken Kingdom and Domashnyaya Kurochka.

In total, at the end of last year, the enterprise produced 102 thousand tons of products - this is 17% higher than the volumes of 2022 and 15 times higher than in 2006, when the poultry slaughtering and processing workshop was launched.

The increase in production volumes is associated with the modernization of the enterprise, which made it possible to increase its productivity. “Over the past two years, significant changes have taken place at the plant: the pre-slaughter poultry holding area with a modern ventilation system has been expanded, and an automatic line for unloading live poultry has been installed. In addition, blast freezing chambers with a capacity of 100 tons per day were built, and the area of warehouses for storing chilled and frozen products was increased,” says Natalya Simutina , DIRECTOR of slaughter and processing at Chicken Kingdom - Bryansk.

The company cares about its employees and strives to make their lives more comfortable - for this purpose, a new administrative and amenity complex was built with a modern canteen, spacious locker rooms and utility rooms. Also, “Chicken Kingdom - Bryansk” is actively improving the territory of the plant.

The expansion of production also leads to an increase in staff: 1,750 jobs have already been created at the Chicken Kingdom - Bryansk complex and new employees are constantly being recruited. Students from Bryansk universities undergo internships in production, some of whom later return to the company for permanent employment. The main advantages of working at the company include competitive wages, stability, prospects for further growth, and working on modern high-tech equipment.

From February 2024 , the Chicken Kingdom slaughter and processing workshop is introducing new work schedules (day/night/two days off) and creating jobs for an additional shift.
