“The number of calls to the multifunctional centers of the Republic of Tatarstan (MFC) after the introduction of QR codes has grown to 109 thousand. The daily flow has grown to 8.5 thousand people, ”Lenara Muzafarova, DIRECTOR of the State Budgetary Institution of the MFC in the Republic, said at a briefing in the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to her, earlier the MFC RT recorded, on average, 23,000 requests per month for this service. About 1.3 thousand residents of Tatarstan provided it per day.
“On average, offices receive about 300 requests for help in obtaining a QR code for vaccination. The total daily number of calls to the centers exceeds 20,000 instead of the previous 15,000,” Muzafarova said.
According to her, the branches of the MFC work in an enhanced mode, including on weekends.
Ilya Nachvin, First Deputy HEAD of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, said that it is possible to confirm an account on the State Services portal not only at the offices of the MFC, but also through banking applications. “There is no need to go to the MFC, stand in lines, you can confirm your account through banking applications,” he said.
