The Investigative Committee began checking after three teenagers fell through the ice on the Angara River in Irkutsk. This was reported on the website of the department.
According to preliminary data, the teenagers were walking on the ice on the river along Surnova Street. A local resident tried to reprimand them. After that, all three failed under the years. One of the teenagers, who was 14 years old, died. The body of the child was found by employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Irkutsk region in the area of the river port.

“Investigators of the UK are investigating all the circumstances of the incident. Based on the results of the inspection, a legal decision will be made,” the statement says.
