"Chishminsky fruit and vegetable nursery" received land for the project for ₽2 billion

"Chishminsky fruit and vegetable nursery" will receive three land plots for rent without bidding for the implementation of a large-scale investment project. The corresponding order was signed by the HEAD of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov, the document is published on the portal of legal information.

The area of ​​land in the Chishminsky district allocated to the investor is 1.9 million square meters. m. According to the public cadastral map, their total cadastral value is 195.3 million rubles. The regional Ministry of Land Property was instructed to conclude a lease agreement with an agricultural enterprise.

The company is implementing an investment project in Bashkiria for the development of intensive gardens, it was approved at Investchas in November 2020. The volume of investments in the project is estimated at 2 billion rubles, it will be implemented in four stages, at the first stage, until 2022, it was planned to establish intensive and super-intensive APPLE orchards on an area of ​​​​more than 80 hectares and start growing strawberries, chokeberries and currants on the territory of the nursery.

From 2023 to 2024, it is planned to expand garden areas to 1 thousand hectares, build a storage facility and a distribution center for berries and fruits. The transport fleet of the agricultural enterprise will also be replenished. As support measures, the company will receive compensation for part of the cost of laying gardens and benefits for obtaining machinery and equipment on lease. Earlier, experts interviewed by RBC Ufa noted that the payback period for projects in horticulture is at least three years. 

LLC “Agricultural enterprise “Chishminsky fruit and vegetable nursery” was registered in Chishmakh in November 2018. The founder and DIRECTOR of the enterprise is Ramil Galiullin. In 2020, according to the Company's RBC resource, the organization's revenue amounted to 51.9 million rubles, net profit - 15 million rubles.
