Liquidation of the Zagorye agricultural enterprise has been completed

As part of the bankruptcy proceedings, a register of creditors' claims was formed for a total amount of 17.8 million rubles. However, due to the lack of bankruptcy estate, the claims were satisfied only partially - for 849.9 thousand rubles for third-priority creditors. The remaining claims are considered settled.

The bankruptcy procedure in relation to Zagorye was initiated in the fall of 2018 by the Abik Septa company from Moscow due to debt on the supply of veterinary drugs. Due to the fact that by that time the company had already decided on self-liquidation, the COURT immediately opened bankruptcy proceedings, bypassing other stages of bankruptcy.

A re-valuation of the debtor's property showed that the market value of real estate and movable property of Zagorye amounted to about 2.68 billion rubles.

The legal successor of Trust Bank for claims in the amount of 10.7 billion rubles in the bankruptcy case " Zagorya" became Stavropol Broiler LLC, part of the Resurs group of agro-industrial enterprises. Thus, a significant part of the enterprise's debts passed to the new copyright holder. The

court decision to liquidate Zagorya is the basis for making a corresponding entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Thus, the former hatching egg producer officially ceases to exist.
