Vucic offered to hold Russian-Ukrainian talks in Belgrade

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic proposed holding talks between RUSSIA and Ukraine in Belgrade. He stated this in an interview with Happy TV, Blic reports.
“If someone thinks that Belgrade is the best place, we are ready to offer Belgrade to Russian and Ukrainian friends for negotiations,” Vučić said.
He added that Serbia would like peace to come as soon as possible.

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov earlier said in an interview with Serbian media that Russia would be ready to consider other cities for negotiations with Ukraine, including Belgrade. The HEAD of the Foreign Ministry noted that the place for negotiations should be "acceptable for both teams."
