The Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan began to consider claims to cancel QR codes

The Supreme COURT of Tatarstan today began considering 6 lawsuits against the Cabinet of Ministers of the region on the abolition of QR codes introduced in the republic. The plaintiffs were 39 people. The Supreme Court decided to adjourn the meeting

According to the website of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, today the court considered 6 lawsuits challenging the decision of local authorities. The total number of plaintiffs is 39 people. The respondent is the cabinet of ministers of the region, the interested person is the chief sanitary DOCTOR of the republic.

Lawyer Lavrenty Sinichava told RBC Tatarstan that today the court held a preparatory meeting, having considered organizational issues. In the course of it, those plaintiffs - 5 people who came to the meeting clarified their claims. The lawyer explained that people disputed the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, which at the moment has already become irrelevant, since another document was adopted instead. Since the claims are of the same type, the court decided to combine them into one case.

About two dozen plaintiffs did not come to court, the judge decided to terminate their cases, because they did not change the claims, and the subject of the claim, which has lost the force of the decision, is not available today.

The next meeting was scheduled for December 7th.

Earlier, Kazan media reported that the judge removed the press from the hall, citing the small area of the hall and the inability to ensure social distance.
