Over the past day, 261 cases of CORONAVIRUS infection have been registered in the Krasnodar Territory, according to the data of the regional operational headquarters. Coronavirus was found in 94 men and 167 women.

As of July 28, 35 people from Krasnodar, 27 from Anapa, 21 from the Vyselkovsky district, 17 from Goryachiy Klyuch, 14 from the Labinsky district, 13 from the Krasnoarmeisky district, 11 from Gelendzhik received a positive test. 11 cases of infection were detected in the Pavlovsky district, 10 each in Tikhoretsky, Korenovsky districts and Sochi. Eight positive results in Timashevsky district. Six each - in the Tuapse, Apsheron and Dinsk regions. Five new patients in Beloglinsky, four in Krylovsky, three each in Kushchevsky, Shcherbinovsky and Novopokrovsky districts. Two people each were identified in Armavir, Yeysk, Starominsk, Slavyansk, Mostovsky districts. One each in Kalininsky, Seversky and Uspensky districts.

The total number of cases since the start of the pandemic has risen to 58,259. 46,992 residents have recovered. 4,107 people have died during the entire pandemic. 2,913 patients are currently being treated in hospitals, and 4,247 people are being treated at home. 87 patients are in serious condition on mechanical ventilation, six are on ECMO.

287,268 residents applied to medical organizations with suspected coronavirus. 3,796,488 studies were carried out in the laboratories of the region.

As RBC Krasnodar previously reported, on July 27, 260 new cases of covid-19 were registered in the Kuban . This is a new anti-record for the number of sick residents of the region.
