In the Kirov region, invalid declaration of chicken cutlets in a socially significant institution was revealed

Violation of the declaration of chicken cutlets was established by analyzing the data posted in the register of declarations of conformity when monitoring compliance with mandatory requirements on the official website of the Federal Accreditation Service. The test report for the declaration for cutlets was issued in a testing laboratory, which is not listed in the list of accredited testing laboratories in the national accreditation system, the location of the laboratory at the actual address of the activity is not confirmed.

Taking into account the requirements of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 12, 2022 No. 353 “On the peculiarities of permitting activities in the Russian Federation in 2022 and 2023”, an official of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration issued a warning to the applicant of the declaration about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements.

In addition, on April 5, 2023, the Office issued a decision to invalidate the declaration of conformity.

Since the beginning of 2023, the Office in the Kirov region has identified 4 cases of invalid declaration of livestock products (cottage cheese, honey, chicken cutlets) and 1 case of false declaration of butter.
