Thus, since the beginning of 2023, veterinary supervision has carried out monitoring of 265 schools, boarding schools, kindergartens and other social institutions, as well as 90 suppliers and 104 producers of animal products.
The information system revealed that 57 suppliers and 22 manufacturers are violating electronic veterinary accompanying documents (eVEDs), namely: dispensing products without eVEDs, failing to cancel eVEDs in a timely manner (cancellation is carried out within 24 hours of acceptance of the goods), violating product transportation regulations, etc.
In particular, on December 4, violations were discovered in relation to individual entrepreneur N. A. Malkova during the registration of the electronic veterinary medical certificate, namely, a discrepancy in the declared mode of transportation of "Baltic Kok" sausages (8 kg), which were delivered to the State Autonomous Institution of the JSC "Belogorsk Psychoneurological Boarding School" not chilled, but frozen.
A similar violation was committed on November 27 by individual entrepreneur G.V. Kurzaeva, who delivered 108 liters of frozen ultra-pasteurized MILK to the Orlinskaya Secondary School, despite the stated refrigerated storage conditions during transportation.
Warnings and cautions have been sent to the VetIS “Passport” regarding the above-mentioned authorized persons.
This year, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (ROSSELKHOZNADZOR) issued 111 warnings to entities that committed violations, approximately 30 administrative cases were transferred to local governments, and four entities were held administratively liable.
