Up to 5.3 billion rubles will be allocated for the creation of the Wrestling Center in Ufa
The Capital Construction Department of Bashkiria has announced a tender for the construction of a wrestling center in the Oktyabrsky district of Ufa. The initial maximum value of the contract is 5.3 billion rubles, follows from the information posted on the public procurement portal.
The contractor will have to prepare project documentation, perform engineering surveys, construction work and supply of equipment. The approximate area of the center will be 28 thousand square meters. m. it is planned to hold competitions of the regional, all-Russian and international levels, as well as spectacular and demonstration events and concerts. The center will train athletes, train and retrain coaches and judges, etc.
The construction of the facility is scheduled from July 2022 to March 2024. The work will be financed from the regional and federal budgets. The center will be erected in the quarter bounded by Musa Gareev, architect Rekhmukov, Rudolf Nureyev and Komsomolskaya streets behind the Resurrection Cathedral. According to the data of the public cadastral map, the area of the site for the construction of the facility is 42.7 thousand square meters. m, the cadastral value of land - 163.5 million rubles.
The center will include a sports complex, a wrestling school, a medical center, a public catering unit and an administrative and economic center. The sports complex should include a 600 sq. m, three wrestling halls, locker rooms, a relaxation room, a universal sports and concert hall with a platform measuring 32 by 62 meters and an amphitheater of stands for 3.4 thousand seats, three separate VIP boxes for 10 people each should be provided here. The structure of the facility will also include coaching and referee rooms, a meeting room for judges, conference rooms, a wrestling museum, etc. The wrestling school should be equipped with two halls, coaching rooms, a psychologist's office and administrative premises.
“Perform architectural illumination of facades at night. On the territory and inside the building, provide for measures to ensure the vital activity of people with limited mobility in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory documents, ”the tender documentation says.
