426 new cases of COVID infection detected in Perm region

Over the past day in the Perm region, Coronavirus infection was detected in 426 people. Of the new patients, 40 are being treated in hospitals, 386 are being treated at home under the supervision of doctors. The share of free bed fund of the actually deployed is 17.2%.

There are 88 patients on artificial lung ventilation in redesigned hospitals in the region. During the day , 18 people died from COVID-19 . Thus, for the entire period of the pandemic in the region, 3,116 patients died from coronavirus. The total number of infected people in the Perm region has reached 70,840.

According to the Ministry of Health of the Perm Territory, since the beginning of mass vaccination in the region, 478,889 residents have been vaccinated with the first component. Of these, 336,986 completed the course of immunization - they received the first and second components.

IT also became known earlier that 28,200 sets of the Sputnik V two-component preparation were delivered to the Perm Territory to immunize residents against coronavirus infection. The vaccine is distributed among polyclinics and private medical organizations in the region involved in the immunization of the population.
