How elite cheeses and the best butter in the country are made, they learned by visiting "Novogrudok Gifts" branch of OJSC "Lida Dairy Canning Plant". This production is one of the largest in the Grodno region.

"Novogrudok Gifts" are among the most dynamically developing enterprises in the industry and the leading producers of dairy products in the Grodno region. More than 500 tons of milk are processed here per day.

“We produce over 50 types of products from it: hard and semi-hard cheeses, butter, dry dairy products, and whole milk products,” says Alexander Bulak, director of Novogrudskie Dary, a branch of Lida Dairy Canning Plant OJSC.

The enterprise also includes Korelichsky and Lyubchansky cheese shops. All installed equipment and production processes meet modern requirements. Due to this, the Novogrudok Gifts brand, under which products have been produced since 2006, has become recognizable and loved. For the consumer, it is synonymous with quality.

- At each stage in the physicochemical, microbiological and radiological laboratories, careful control is carried out, from the supplied raw materials to the finished product. Therefore, our products are natural and safe, - the leader says proudly.

Export rate

The capacities of the enterprise make it possible to provide products not only to the domestic market. The volume of deliveries to other states is tangible. Last year alone, it amounted to $82.2 million, or 123.4% compared to the same period in 2021.

- The geography of deliveries is wide. Undoubtedly, the largest part is in the Russian Federation - just over 80%. Our products are also highly valued in the eastern market, we constantly receive positive feedback from consumers, - says Alexander Bulak.

"Novogrudok Gifts" are also traded with European states. Technical casein is supplied to the countries of Western Europe, which is necessary in the production of plastics, various adhesives and other products.

- Speaking in the language of a technologist, this is a high-protein product, which is obtained by coagulation from skimmed milk. The process also includes processing, washing, crushing and drying, - explains the director of the enterprise.

Success is the merit of the team

"Novogrudok Gifts" can be considered a city-forming enterprise. Nearly 600 people work here in two shifts. It is worth noting the high salary - 1706 rubles at the end of 2022. This is 26.8% more than in the same period of 2021.

- All preferences for employees are regulated by the collective agreement, - Alexander Bulak explains. - In addition to wages, which we always strive to increase, the company provides material assistance on various occasions, including anniversaries, holidays, and health improvement.

In the structure of JSC "Lida Milk Canning Plant" there are several farms that provide production with their own raw materials. Milk in "Novogrudok Gifts" comes from the enterprise "AgroMoldar".

The team of the enterprise won another victory at the International Competition "Dairy Success - 2022", which was held as part of the VIII International Business Forum of the EAEU for the production and processing of milk. Cheeses "Reggianito" and "Gouda with Kalindzhi" received the highest award - a diploma and the Cup of the Grand Prix of the competition, and cheese "Adyghe" became a laureate.

And in early February, Novogrudok Gifts took part in the 30th International Exhibition of Food, Drinks and Raw Materials for Production Prodexpo-2023, where they presented three types of products, including Reggianito, Maasdam Elite and butter.
