Belarus has updated the list of projects for the creation of production facilities for innovative development

July 15, MINSK . The list of projects for the creation of new production facilities of decisive importance for innovative development has been updated in Belarus. This is envisaged by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of July 11, No. 380, which was published on , BELTA reports.
Amendments are being made to Resolution of the Council of Ministers of November 12, 2021, No. 642. The list has been significantly expanded. it now includes 101 projects (in the 2021 document - 63). The created production facilities are based on technologies of the V and VI technological waves. Initiatives are being implemented in various areas, including scientific and practical centers of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, scientific and technological organizations at universities, industrial, construction, agricultural enterprises, concerns "Belgospischeprom", "Bellegprom", "Bellesbumprom" and others.
In particular, it is planned to introduce into production equipment for the manufacture of large-sized structural elements of aircraft of complex shape from polymer composite materials, organize the production of original bioresorbable polyfunctional drugs, create an innovative production center for the production of medical products.
The list also includes the reconstruction of the technological line for the production of uncalcined dolomites in the form of powder (FLOUR) with the introduction of modern energy-efficient technology for the production of finely dispersed mineral powders, the creation of an innovative scientific and educational center for biotechnology in plant growing. In addition, it is planned to create an innovative import-substituting production of a full cycle for processing cocoa beans using digital online quality control systems that meet the requirements of international standards, organize the production of innovative veterinary drugs, and create an enterprise for the production of candies from dry MILK.
It is planned to master the technology for the production of agglomerated dry milk products of low-temperature processing, build a plant for innovative processing of non-food animal raw materials with a capacity of 80 thousand tons per year, create production of fast-acting baker's yeast, feed additives based on yeast.
A significant number of projects are envisaged in the field of mechanical engineering - at the enterprises "Atlant", MTZ, "Zenit-BelOMO", "Amkodor-KEZ", "Kuzlitmash", "INTEGRAL", MAZ, the Borisov plant "Avtogidrousilitel", "Orshaagromash", the Rogachev plant "Diaproektor", the enterprises of the holding "AMKODOR", at the Minsk plant of civil aviation No. 407, etc.
The document also approved an updated plan-schedule for the implementation of initiatives, and specified the volumes of financing.
The resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.
