Topic news The team of JSC Voznesensky achieves excellent results in crop production and livestock farming year after year. Along with production indicators, the farm improves working conditions and confidently develops the social sphere. Perhaps that is why people have been working here for more than a dozen years.
Nadezhda and her team

Although work in agriculture is not an easy task, women are not inferior to men. Sometimes entire enterprises rest on their fragile shoulders. So, the DIRECTOR of JSC Voznesensky Nadezhda Kondratyuk is already driving around the fields and farms before dark. She has been at the helm since 2011, but before heading the advanced farm, she worked here for 25 years as an economist. True, she is in no hurry to talk about her personal successes, saying that it is all thanks to a close-knit team of like-minded people. But the team appreciates their leader: the manager is competent, takes care of both the farm and the people, who do not remain in debt - the indicators prove it. Under the leadership of Nadezhda Grigoryevna, the agricultural enterprise has long since become a leader not only in the Zhabinka district, but also in the entire Brest region.
- There is no secret, - the interlocutor smiles. - Before demanding anything from others, you need to show an example of discipline and responsibility yourself. The manager must be everywhere, know everything that happens on the farm every day.

To be honest, Nadezhda Kondratyuk's enterprise was not the best: a shortage of feed, and then minuses for MILK, worn-out equipment. But the main thing is that there were people who were ready to work so that OAO Voznesensky would be heard not only at the regional level, but also at the national level. And so it happened! Today's financial indicators of the farm confirm this. Thus, for 9 months of this year, revenue was received in the amount of more than 11 thousand rubles, an increase compared to last year was 4.2%. Not just any staff, but golden ones. Serviceable equipment, updated farms, fertile fields, modern varieties and hybrids – all this is important in agriculture. But what you can’t do without in such a vital industry is responsible and hardworking people. These are the people who work at OAO Voznesensky. By the way, their entire families work on the land. Moreover, hand in hand with experienced staff, the youth willingly increases the farm’s performance. Thus, this year, seven young specialists have joined the staff at once. And the management provides housing for each of the new arrivals. – Last year, we reconstructed an 8-apartment residential building: we did a major overhaul, everything was arranged for a comfortable life. We even bought and arranged the furniture – in a word, come in and live, – says Maria Goloveiko, who is responsible not only for the farm’s numbers, but also for the activity of the trade union organization. – Director

worries about each employee. Our Nadezhda Grigoryevna provides housing, comfortable working conditions and good wages to everyone in full. The team can only work with full dedication.
Dear colleagues!
I sincerely congratulate all workers of the agro-industrial complex
of the Republic of Belarus on their professional holiday!
May good weather accompany your work, may the land respond with gratitude and a rich harvest for caring for it. Success to you, well-being, prosperity, HEALTH and good luck in any endeavors.
Sincerely, Director of OJSC "Voznesensky" Nadezhda Kondratyuk
Success in all areas
The key product in the farm is milk . In this area, the indicators have improved: the gross milk yield from January to September was 7,016 tons (an 8.5% increase compared to last year's level). The milk yield per cow for this period was 7,795 kilograms of white gold (plus 450 kilograms since 2023). More than 6.5 thousand tons of milk were sold with a profitability of 68.6%. Moreover, almost 86% was extra grade.
- There is human labor behind every figure, - rightly notes the chief economist of the farm Maria Goloveiko, who has been working at the enterprise

for 36 years. - Our employees are not used to reckoning with their personal time. The truth in the industry is simple: to earn money, you need to work hard. And there are enough worries in agriculture both in summer and in winter.
Even in November, the roar of tractors in the fields does not subside - the plowing of the fallow land is coming to an end. By the way, the management is trying to update the machinery and tractor fleet. For example, in 2023, the farm purchased a brand new grain harvester, and this year a forage harvester joined the ranks. They also purchase loaders, tractors and other agricultural machinery, without which it is impossible to work fruitfully in the field.
This year, seven crews worked at once at the harvest at OAO Voznesensky. They harvested, as they say, every last grain.

- Of course, there were losses, because you can't argue with the weather. The winter was wet, and in the spring and summer we were hit by drought, which did not have the best effect on winter crops, - clarifies chief agronomist Larisa Marchuk. - Corn crops were very promising. At the beginning of the season, it seemed that the mass would be good, we were worried that we might not even have time to lay trenches. But the heavenly office, as always, has its own plans. Thus, the drought in the second half of the summer reduced our corn harvest for both silage and grain several times.
In more than 30 years of experience in agriculture, Larisa Ivanovna admits that in her practice there has never been a season when everything that was planned in the spring worked out.
- Even if you are one hundred percent satisfied with the result, you immediately begin to strive for more, you set the bar even higher. This is my principle in work, - she smiles and immediately adds that in all these years she has never regretted her choice of profession. - Yes, labor is expensive in agriculture, but how interesting it is to work, because each subsequent season is never like the previous one. We receive new challenges from nature, set new tasks and strive to fulfill them.
For example, it was collectively decided to increase the sowing of winter barley. And this decision is justified. The fact is that the yield of this crop is an order of magnitude higher than that of other grains. And scientists have worked hard to create varieties of barley with increased frost resistance.
– We see how the climate is changing . This forces us to reconsider approaches in the agricultural sector, to think about what and when is most profitable to grow, – explains the chief agronomist and recalls that the HEAD of state several years ago ordered a review of crop structures with an emphasis on winter barley. – And based on the practice of recent years: winter grains give a much greater return than spring ones.
According to Larisa Marchuk, the basis of livestock farming is the preparation of high-quality feed. This is an important and responsible matter, because in order for the upcoming wintering of cattle to be satisfying and milk yield to increase, it is necessary to think about hay and silage in the spring. True, at OAO Voznesensky this task was even exceeded.
– We have enough high-quality feed – for the full need with a plan of 33 centners of feed units, we prepared 37.3, – notes the chief agronomist of the farm.
