The history of the production of "Korovka" in Belarus began in the post-war years. At that time, they focused on creating the production of sweets for mass consumption.

To date, "Korovka" is produced using improved technology.
First, all the ingredients go through the preparatory stage: unloading, sifting and filtering. Then the raw material is fed to the line for the preparation of the prescription mixture. The resulting mixture is heated to a predetermined temperature and boiled down to the desired technological parameters. Then the semi-finished product is sent for casting into starch molds. After that, the trays with molded sweets are transported for several hours to the curing department so that they cool down and form a candy crust. After aging, the semi-finished product goes through the stage of starching and is sent for wrapping and packaging. Ready-made sweets "Korovka" are placed in boxes for transportation.
By the way, the white coating on the "Korovka" sweets, which many people asked us about, is starch - it can remain on the sweets after starching.
In addition to the classic candy, to the delight of the sweet tooth, the Slodych factory produces Korovka with chocolate flavor.
And since October 2022, the enterprise has been producing crispy multilayer wafers "Korovka" with a delicate filling with baked and chocolate MILK flavor in mini-package and "Korovka" gingerbread with baked and chocolate milk flavor.
The Slodych factory continues to expand the Korovka line and by the end of 2023 will please with new products - Korovka cookies with a taste of baked and chocolate milk and wafer rolls with filling.
