First, all the ingredients go through the preparatory stage: unloading, sifting and filtering. Then the raw material is fed to the line for the preparation of the prescription mixture. The resulting mixture is heated to a predetermined temperature and boiled down to the desired technological parameters. Then the semi-finished product is sent for casting into starch molds. After that, the trays with molded sweets are transported for several hours to the curing department so that they cool down and form a candy crust. After aging, the semi-finished product goes through the stage of starching and is sent for wrapping and packaging. Ready-made sweets "Korovka" are placed in boxes for transportation.
