It is felt that a lot has been invested in this production, and there is a serious return from it. Now it is one of the city-forming enterprises. For example, it works on trout farms about 70 people - and these are young people, and the farms are located in the villages. Here a person is provided with a job, add housing, a kindergarten, a school and decent wages and the opportunity to realize it - shops, cultural centers. And people will stay in such places. It is important to find them and quickly start working with them.In Bykhov, we also need a couple more medium-sized industries, this will help provide people with work. But it is necessary to create them according to the possibilities and needs of the inhabitants. In one of the districts of the Gomel region, during a meeting, I was told that a garment production should be opened in the city. When I asked who would go there to work as a seamstress, no one answered. So it doesn't need to be there."
After meeting with the team, Mikhail Rusy got acquainted with the branch's technological processes. Butter and skimmed MILK powder are produced here . For 7 months of the current year, the enterprise produced more than 2 thousand tons of butter and almost 2.5 thousand tons of powdered milk. The products of the Bykhov branch of "Babushkina Krynka" are supplied to the EAEU countries, China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, etc. "Our enterprise is constantly developing. In 2020-2021, we reconstructed the boiler control automation in the boiler room, purchased new equipment, including a filling machine for 450 g and 1 kg. Currently, a separator for high-fat cream is in the process of purchase. In addition, in the near future we plan to begin the reconstruction of an artesian well," said Yury Streltsov, DIRECTOR of the branch.
