Chairman of the Shklov District Executive Committee Sergei Bartosh told journalists about promising areas for the development of agriculture in the Shklov District, BELTA reports."The President indicated that the Shklovsky District should be exemplary: have its own processing, its own production of compound feed and restore the district agricultural service that was there before," he noted.
Thus, the reconstruction of the compound feed plant includes major repairs of buildings, replacement of a large part of the equipment. "This work is already at the completion stage. Today we are ready to accept grain, both dry and straight from the fields," he noted.
The district produces a sufficient amount of MILK, it needs to be processed and manufactured into products that are in demand on the domestic and foreign markets. "By the end of next year, we will put a new milk processing plant into operation," said Sergei Bartosh. "Restoring the district agroservice will allow us to repair equipment in the winter. This is especially true for complex equipment that requires the knowledge of qualified specialists."

According to the chairman of the Shklov district executive committee, the pace has been set in all areas, and the district is meeting the deadlines. "And, of course, the above-mentioned facilities will form the basis for creating an example for other regions," he concluded.
