A modern dairy complex has been built in the Shchuchinsky district

Photo of the newspaper June 18, MINSK . A modern dairy complex was built with the financial support of the Development Bank in the Shchuchin District, BelTA learned from the bank's press service.
In 2023, the Bolshoe Mozheikovo state farm in the Shchuchin District was recognized as one of the winners of the Development Bank's competitive selection for the construction and reconstruction of dairy complexes. As a result, new modern facilities have been erected on the territory of the Ogorodniki farm and old buildings and structures have been reconstructed to provide high-quality places for livestock. A cowshed for 388 heads of box housing with walking areas, an automated milking and milking block, as well as engineering and auxiliary infrastructure facilities have been built to accommodate the animals.
During the grand opening, Chairman of the Shchuchin District Executive Committee Alexei Sadovsky noted that colossal resources are being invested in agriculture in Belarus , which should be converted into the efficiency of the industry. 
"Based on this project, I can confidently say that it is not only about the necessary conditions for keeping animals and increasing their productivity, but also about new comfortable jobs in the countryside. Today, the task of the enterprise team is to use the technologies available at the MTC as efficiently as possible and produce a quality product for subsequent sale both in the country and abroad," said Alexey Sadovsky.
As a result of the project, the Bolshoe Mozheikovo state farm plans to increase its economic performance by producing at least 8 tons of high-quality MILK per cow per year at the new facility, which will give a total of 4.5 thousand tons of additional product sales. All milk at the new dairy complex will be of the "extra" grade.

I am sure that the facility we are opening today will become another confirmation of the successful implementation of tasks in the region in the field of the state agricultural program," emphasized the HEAD of the Grodno branch of the Development Bank Elena Stalbovskaya. "I sincerely congratulate the farm team on this significant event. May all the indicators that you have outlined for yourself in the business plan of this project be fulfilled and exceeded, and may this not be the last effective investment project for the enterprise. For this, the Development Bank will always lend a shoulder."
