A modern dairy complex was opened in the Kopyl district

Photo by the Development Bank January 13, MINSK . In the Kopyl District, with the support of the Development Bank, a modern dairy complex "Pesochnoye" of the unitary enterprise "PIK-Lesnoye" was opened. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the bank.

Chairman of the Kopyl District Executive Committee Sergei Pilishchik noted that it is such complexes that will set the pace for the country's livestock industry. "Thanks to the support of the state, four similar facilities were commissioned in our district. It is precisely such MTCs that are the future of our dairy industry, because important economic components are consolidated here: EXPORT orientation, new jobs with competitive wages, a high level of production and modern technologies," he emphasized.

"PIK-Lesnoye" is part of the Gorodeya SUGAR Refinery and is the winner of the Development Bank's competitive selection for the construction and reconstruction of dairy complexes. "At the stage of making a decision on the construction of the facility, we took into account the factors necessary for the intensive development of the enterprise. In recent years, this enterprise has achieved good results, in particular in MILK production. We are grateful to the Development Bank and local authorities for their support in the construction of the new complex, which will help improve economic indicators and provide an opportunity for further development," said Gennady Solovey, General DIRECTOR of the Gorodeya Sugar Refinery.

Even at the stage of submitting documents, this investment project differed from others in its technological advancement. Everything planned was implemented thanks to the successful joint work of all participants in the process. "Belarus is one of the world leaders in the export of dairy products. And all this is due to the policy pursued by the HEAD of state and the projects implemented locally. The winner of the competitive selection, PIK-Lesnoye, construction organizations, the Development Bank and Promagroleasing have implemented an effective project that will provide an economic and social effect both for the enterprise itself and for the Kopyl District," said Inga Tarnovskaya, Head of the Minsk branch of the Development Bank.

The new dairy complex occupies 12 hectares and includes all the facilities necessary for efficient operation: a milking and dairy block, a milking shop, small calf HEALTH centers, a walking area, and several others. The average annual number of cows here will be more than 1.4 thousand, and the gross milk production will be more than 13 thousand tons per year, which will additionally increase the revenue of the agricultural organization by more than Br8 million per year. At the same time, the productivity of one cow will be 9.2 thousand kg. This figure is an order of magnitude higher than the farm had at the existing complexes before: for 10 months of last year, the average annual milk yield per cow was 7.8 thousand kg.

The Pesochnoye MTC uses intensive technology designed for year-round uniform milk production, which is based on the integrated organization of production processes, as well as the creation of optimal environmental conditions for keeping and feeding animals.

The new agricultural facility is non-standard. During its construction, the best solutions from existing similar projects were used. As a result, the premises of the new MTC are equipped with special curtains, climate control, and heated drinkers. The entrance and exit from the milking unit is limited by a frame with a chain drive and an electric motor, while the standard version uses a hydraulic drive that requires special maintenance and more expensive repairs. In

addition, the new complex provides for the rational use of feed without overspending - a special program allows you to remotely control the feeding process and assess the concentration of livestock at one facility. Also, video surveillance is installed in all production facilities, thanks to which you can use a mobile phone or tablet to monitor any production site online

. In addition to modern technologies, the achievement of high production indicators at the new MTC will also be facilitated by the design features of the facilities. Lightweight buildings are constructed using sticks with inserts, which does not require the installation of columns as supports in thirds of the span. This makes the premises more spacious and allows for free planning of the dimensions of the feeding table and other auxiliary devices.
