MINSK . A list of goods (works, services),
the prices (tariffs) of which are regulated by government agencies (organizations) if necessary to stabilize the price situation, has been determined. This follows from Resolution No. 69 of the Council of Ministers of 4 February 2025, BELTA reports citing
Thus, according to the document, the list of goods (works, services), the prices (tariffs) of which are regulated by government agencies (organizations) if necessary to stabilize the price situation, will include goods intended for use in the construction of facilities, as well as in the production of construction materials; wood fuel pellets (pellets) produced (sold) on the domestic market by organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Forestry. The list also includes goods sold under foreign trade contracts: carcasses and half carcasses
of cattle , fresh or chilled and frozen; other boneless cuts
of cattle ; MILK and cream, condensed or with added
SUGAR or other sweetening agents, in powder, granules or other solid forms, with a fat content of more than 1.5%, without added sugar or sweetening agents; butter
with a milk fat content of 80% or more; butter with a milk fat content of more than 72% but less than 80%; other
cheeses .
it is specified that this list does not include goods (works, services), the prices (tariffs) of which are regulated in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Decree of the President of the Republic of
Belarus dated February 25, 2011 No. 72 "On Certain Issues of Price (Tariff) Regulation in the Republic of Belarus".
According to the document, the Ministry of Architecture and Construction, the Ministry of Forestry and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food are instructed to ensure that regulatory legal acts are brought into line with the resolution and to take other measures for its implementation.
The document also recognizes as invalid a number of resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
