Neighbor disputes and places in the hospital: KGC and the prosecutor's office listened to the problems of citizens in Smorgon

Topic news August 19, Minsk.Anatoly Dorozhko, Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Grodno Region, and Viktor Korzun, Prosecutor of the Grodno Region, held a reception of citizens and a direct telephone line at the Smorgon Regional Executive Committee, BelTA learned from KGC.

Four people were admitted in person. A local resident filed a complaint against a neighbor farmer who does not comply with the rules for grazing farm animals. The man said that cows and sheep repeatedly wandered into his garden and caused damage to the farm. "Free grazing of animals is allowed only in a fenced area," Anatoly Dorozhko stressed. The district executive committee was instructed to conduct an inspection and take appropriate measures.

The direct telephone line received a call from an 80-year-old resident of Smorgon, who asked to increase the number of beds in the nursing hospital. The head of the regional State Control Committee assured that the issue would be studied.

Anatoly Dorozhko noted that in 2021 the State Control Committee of the Grodno Region made 38 proposals to improve legislation in various fields of activity. These proposals were developed, among other things, after receptions of citizens and direct telephone lines held jointly with the regional prosecutor's office.

On the same day Anatoly Dorozhko and Viktor Korzun visited PKUP Sovkhoz Smorgonsky. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the instructions of the head of state to reduce the unproductive disposal of young cattle, increase the efficiency of milk production and develop animal husbandry in general.

Also, the heads of the control and supervisory departments of the Grodno region inspected the implementation of the Dairifarm LLC investment agreement for the construction of the Palmira dairy complex for 4,192 forage cows near the village of Popelevichi, Smorgon district.
