Juicy grilled asparagus, musical entertainment, and new stores: what was on display this weekend at the Senica Shopping Center

Chef Anton Kalenik, a regular host of the culinary show, prepares surprisingly simple, delicious dishes that are worth sharing with children. - Right now, it's time to harvest asparagus. "The best, healthiest, and purest asparagus is grown by the Kravchuk family—a farming enterprise in the Kobrin district called 'Dedovy Khutora,'" Anton Kalenik begins cooking. "While farmers Andrey and Natalya Kravchuk are cleaning the asparagus, let's make a very simple sauce: beat a diet egg with melted butter (at a rate of one egg per 100 grams of butter), add lemon juice. And there you have it! Incidentally, this sauce is perfect for a wide variety of dishes. Fry the chopped asparagus in canola oil with Provencal herbs, add chopped bacon... Now place it on a plate, add the sauce and cheese. Enjoy!"   

In the afternoon, visitors to the shopping center also enjoyed fun musical games, a "Children and Parents" dance battle, a song quiz, a "Bead Jewelry" creative workshop, and a pianist performance.
