Rosselkhoznadzor cancels restrictions on the supply of products of two Belarusian enterprises

August 14, Rosselkhoznadzor cancels the previously introduced restrictions on the supply of products manufactured by Belarusian enterprises Belrosmoreprodukt and Brest meat processing plant," reads the ministry.

 

 

"This decision was made on the basis of the investigation materials received from the Belarusian side, as well as the measures taken to eliminate the identified violations, as well as the guarantee of the Department of Veterinary and Food Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus," said in a press release.

 

Products of these enterprises should be produced from August 14, 2019 and accompanied by an electronic veterinary certificate, as specified in the message.

 

Restrictions on the supply of products of Brest Meat Processing Plant were introduced on May 10 due to the ongoing cases of receipt of animal products from Belarus in violation of veterinary and sanitary requirements and EEU standards. Status "Temporarily restricted" in respect of Belrosmoreprodukt products has been in effect since January 25 in connection with the discovery of repeated violations of veterinary and sanitary requirements of the EEU and Russia.
