May 27, Orsha district. The country's only robotic dairy complex (MTC) in Churilovo, Orsha district, will be completed in June. Igor Isachenko, chairman of the Orsha district executive committee, announced this at an off-site meeting of the regional executive committee, BelTA has learned.
Representatives of the government, ministries, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, heads of districts visited the only robotic complex in the republic for 2 thousand HEAD of cattle in the village of Churilovo during an offsite meeting of the regional executive committee, which discussed the interim results of the implementation of the Orsha district development program. The dairy complex is being built at the expense of the district budget: the district executive committee issued bonds that were bought by the Development Bank. The estimated cost of the project is more than Br101 million, more than Br66 million has already been disbursed. "The complex is almost completely built, 32 robots are installed here, the company's specialists are being trained to work on new equipment. In June, cows will be brought here," said Igor Isachenko.
The uniqueness of the new MTK lies in the fact that the feed supply, microclimate regulation, milking, manure removal and other processes are controlled by a robotic system. The milking machine ensures 100% disinfection of the product and prevents cross-contamination. The robot connects to the udder, treats the teats with a special solution both before and after milking, analyzes the composition of MILK, removes colostrum and milk of various qualities into different containers.
The most comfortable conditions are created for cows, including mats on which they lie during their rest: their softness is close to a meadow field. In addition, drinkers with automatic heating are installed for cows. The automated farm is based on a cable system that is resistant to low temperatures and works without interruption in winter. To service a robotic farm, two operators are enough - for technological and milking equipment. They set the parameters, and the automated system does everything by itself.
Speaking about the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Orsha region, Nikolai Sherstnev, chairman of the Vitebsk regional executive committee, noted the positive dynamics in the creation of modern agricultural complexes. Nevertheless, some enterprises did not meet the adjusted indicators for weight gain and increase in milk yield. Many cite insufficient funding. "Now the heads of enterprises need to think on their own how and where to look for funds for development. Those who want to keep up with the times find a way to at least reduce costs, and then use the profits for modernization," the head of the region noted.
As an example to the farms of the region and the region, he cited another enterprise - the branch of OJSC "Orsha Combine of Grain Products" SGC "Zadneprovsky". The farm is renovating the Dnepr farm, a former pig-breeding complex that has been converted to cattle breeding. The complex is designed for 4.5 thousand heads. Here, 20 rooms were built from rapidly erected structures using a household method. This method significantly reduces construction costs, which means it reduces the cost of production and increases profit from sales.
