September 14, Moscow. The meeting of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission with the participation of the Deputy Heads of Government of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union will be held in Moscow on September 23 in person, BelTA learned from the press service of the EEC.
Deputy Prime Minister Igor Petrishenko is a member of the EEC Council from Belarus.The meeting participants will hear reports on joint projects for import substitution of the EAEU countries, on the progress in the formation of common markets for oil and oil products in 2021. The preparation of draft international agreements on the formation of common markets for gas, oil and oil products of the EAEU will be considered.
The members of the EEC Council will consider the situation to remove obstacles in the EAEU internal market, prepare the terms of reference for the development of a unified analytical system for the administration of electronic trade in EAEU goods, and the first package of EAEU measures under the climate agenda.
it is planned to discuss the issue of determining the operators of centralized electricity trade in the EAEU, amend the technical regulations "On the safety of products intended for children and adolescents", "On the safety of MILK and dairy products", as well as some decisions of the EEC Council regarding the labeling of medicines for medical use and veterinary drugs.
In addition, the agenda of the meeting includes issues related to amendments to the procedure for conducting state sanitary and epidemiological supervision (control) at the customs border and the territory of the EAEU, the rules for regulating the circulation of veterinary diagnostics on the customs territory of the EAEU and a number of other topics.
