REPORTAGE: Care in every spikelet. Women in the Berezinsky district were awarded for their work at the harvest

Agrarians from all regions of Belarus go out into the fields at all times to carry out the harvest on time and provide their fellow citizens with bread, MEAT and MILK. For successful harvesting, both men and women work in the fields. In order to support and encourage rural workers, the Belarusian Women's Union organized a republican action "Bread on the palms of a woman". BelTA correspondents went to the Berezinsky district, where they honored women who take an active part in the harvesting campaign.

Employees of the MINSK Automobile Plant arrived in the agro-town of Lyubushany, Berezinsky district, where the subsidiary agricultural enterprise AgroMAZ is located. Today, winter rye is being actively harvested here. Local workers participate in the harvest on an equal basis with men and contribute to providing store shelves with fresh agricultural products. "AgroMAZ" produces milk , grain, rapeseed and animal feed. The equipment and vehicle fleet at the enterprise are modern and technologically advanced. This allows workers to successfully complete the tasks assigned to the harvest by the HEAD of state.

"To date, about 30% of the area has been harvested on our farm with an average yield of 34 centners per hectare. We have already harvested winter barley, started winter rye. We received a state order of 1 thousand tons for this crop and have already harvested about 700 tons. After winter rye, we will start harvesting winter wheat and triticale. We have no problems with harvesting: people are working, combines are in good condition. The plant helps us with additional equipment, because along with harvesting, we are busy harvesting fodder, "said Evgeny Piletsky, chief agronomist of the enterprise.

He noted the special contribution of women farmers in the procurement of agricultural products. "I'm sure they make a special contribution not only to our enterprise, but also to any farm in any region of our country. As for AgroMAZ, our women clean the seeds that are being prepared for sowing, work on farms and in accounting. This is no less important in agriculture. We can say that their work is indispensable," said Yevhen Piletsky.

The Minsk Automobile Plant did not stand aside and took part in the action "Bread on the palms of a woman". Zoya Taran, Deputy General DIRECTOR of "MAZ" - the managing company of the holding "BELAVTOMAZ" - the director for social issues and ideological work, came to congratulate the workers of her subsidiary. "During the action" Bread in the palms of a woman ", we want to thank our workers who work in the fields and on farms, invest their work and care in each spikelet. They work for the good of our Motherland. We came to give them gifts, certificates of honor and express my gratitude," said Zoya Taran.

Rural workers were rewarded in the field. While the machinery was plowing the fields, MTZ employees delighted the workers with a small creative program with songs and dances. Warehouse manager Elena Sinyak and auxiliary worker Elena Chernovets received certificates of honor and gifts from the management of the plant and the Belarusian Union of Women. “I have been working at the AgroMAZ enterprise for 12 years. it is pleasant and a little exciting to receive this award. I think that today my family and I will celebrate it. I will continue to work as hard during field work,” Elena Sinyak shared her impressions.
