More than 10 young specialists and young workers arrived at the branch "Soviet Belarus" of OJSC "Rechitsa Grain Plant" this year. Among them are paramedics, tractor drivers, a welder, an accountant, etc. All of them have already worked their first shifts and personally got acquainted with the HEAD - DIRECTOR of the branch Viktor Gavrilenko. For out-of-town young specialists in the economy there is an opportunity to provide housing. Each of the arrivals is guaranteed a social package and all the payments, rights and benefits required by law. What is the mood of those who have joined the ranks of the agricultural enterprises, BelTA correspondents learned firsthand.

"Soviet Belarus" is the largest and strongest farm in the Rechitsa region, so there will be enough work for everyone. The main thing, the leader Viktor Gavrilenko believes, is the desire to work responsibly and with dedication. After all, the human factor decides, if not everything, then a lot. The branch figures speak for themselves. The area of the farm is more than 12.6 thousand hectares, including more than 11 thousand hectares of agricultural land.

Natalya Litoshko, a representative of the personnel department of the branch, greets young specialists with maternal care. it seems that Natalya Mikhailovna knows by heart the personal history of each employee: where he studied, when he served in the army, whether he continues the family dynasty. He remembers how housing issues were resolved: who lives with his grandmother in Zaspa, who decided to try adult life in the city and travels to work from the regional center. By the way, the farm organizes the transportation of employees from Rechitsa and back.

"You should definitely talk to our Ivan from MTF Zaspa. He's a good guy," Natalia Litoshko advises.

Paramedic Ivan Makarov is from the Mogilev region. After studying in Rechitsa, he confidently and easily established himself in the company's team. In MTF "Zaspa" - in good standing. "I have been working for more than a year. And the chief veterinarian helps, and in the area too. If questions arise, I will always ask again, clarify. This is all right," he says.

Ivan successfully copes with his duties, and moreover, he became the right hand of the foreman Anastasia Saponchik.

The young man likes the rhythm of work. I just walked around and examined the livestock, and already near the mechanical yard - I'm ready to leave for Kalinkovichi for a batch of drugs. The management allocates the car, the driver is already waiting. The guy famously jumps on the footboard of the truck.

The paramedic has already made a decision for himself: after two years of work, he remains in the branch. "The work is not easy, animals need an approach. And now I continue to study. It is impossible without this in our business, we cannot stop. Something new constantly appears, we must be aware. I was not disappointed in my choice of profession, and I am satisfied with the place of work", - Ivan Makarov says without a hint of insincerity.

The third working day at the accountant Kirill Sereda. The guy comes from the Dobrush region, arrived after graduating from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy. He received a diploma in the specialty "Accounting". According to the distribution, he was sent to the Rechitsa district for two years. His workplace is in the bright office of the office, which is more reminiscent of a metropolitan office.

Surrounded by documents with an abyss of figures, he confidently puts aside rechecked acts. Happy to work in my profession. He says: expectations and reality coincided completely. His mentor Alesya Koval is always ready to explain, suggest, clarify. "I'm getting on top of things. Everything is fine. On the very first day I met the manager, the impressions are good. I plan to stay in advance even after two years of work," the young specialist shares.

Dmitry Byshik feels confident in the company's team. First, he graduated from the Polesye College in Kalinkovichi and received the specialty of an agronomist. Then he unlearned from the economy in the target direction at the Agricultural Academy in Gorki. He returned - and immediately called to serve in the army. At the enterprise they waited, saved a place for him. A year later, he changed his army uniform to the equipment of the economy. "The most important thing in our business is to get a good harvest. We have three agronomists at the enterprise, we make all decisions together, says the director. It is important to maintain a balance when applying fertilizers and protection systems. We try to sow everything in time and bring it in at optimal rates. We update the seed We mainly sow our own seeds, and if necessary we buy new ones, and a lot of things in our business depend on the weather. Now we are working on expanding the areas for winter rapeseed and barley. We are already ready to start sowing winter crops, we have applied fertilizers, everything is plowed up,” says the young agronomist.

At the mechanical yard, a team in bright blue overalls catches the eye. Engineer for the mechanization of labor-intensive processes Evgeny Nerusov is already aware of the primary tasks. There were also the first samples of repair. In Goroshkovo, they repaired a MILK pump, helped restore the scales at the grain complex after a breakdown.

Brigadier Artem Asipenko comes from Rechitsa every day. Working time - 5 years. The mood is positive. This is one of the youngest heads of departments. The guy has been working in the branch for a year after graduating from the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University in MINSK. “We are putting equipment on the line. We are trying to do everything on time, order and deliver spare parts. The sowing campaign has already passed the test. We did everything on time. The support is colossal and the salary is satisfactory,” the young man answers with a smile to still unasked questions.

The young foreman is subordinate to 51 people. Found a common language and approach to all. The area of responsibility is more than 50 tractors, about 10 grain harvesters, and other equipment.

The team is watching with interest the unloading of a new unit - a mixer-distributor. "It's always nice when new equipment appears in the park. Each modern unit allows you to automate processes. In agriculture, this is especially valuable," the guy explains.

Tractor drivers Aleksey Gartsuev and Nikita Stankevich are from Rechitsa, they graduated from the Ozershinsky Lyceum. Three years of study and a year of distribution. "We're on probation. We got to the bottom of things. Everything suits us," the guys say modestly.

How to achieve success in the workplace and where to draw energy, the young guard in agriculture will see and understand here. What is not an example of Vladimir Dorofey, the first thousand-strong combine harvester in the Gomel region? The farmer has been working on the farm for over 20 years. The seventh season is involved in grain harvesting. And what is not an incentive to shake hands with the head of the region?

The head of the Gomel regional executive committee Ivan Krupko, as well as representatives of the Rechitsa region, came to personally greet and congratulate the one who threshed the first thousand grains in the south-east of the country. Trade union leaders also paid attention. Harvest leader in the region from dawn to dusk works on a gas harvester GS4118K. Therefore, Alexander Novikov, General Director of JSC Gomselmash, welcomed him, where they developed and produced a new generation unit.

The support staff of the economy will not refuse anyone. A vivid example is participation in the youth competition "Lord of the Village - 2022". The branch was represented by a young Novik family with two children. At first, the couple were worried about whether it was worth participating, but then they experienced the power of collective creativity for themselves. As a result - the best in the region and silver at the regional level. Plus - a living prize for expanding the personal farmstead and a lot of warm impressions about this period.

In total, about 300 young specialists with higher education are sent to the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Gomel region annually. These are graduates from the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University, Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, Grodno State Agrarian University, Belarusian State Agricultural Academy. Also, the ranks of agrarians in the region will be replenished by about 700 people with special education who graduated from specialized colleges in the Gomel region.

On the student bench, young specialists received the theoretical basics, and only practice and experience, which the branch "Soviet Belarus" are ready to share absolutely disinterestedly, allow to know the profession and life to taste. After all, both for labor veterans and for the leadership, young is not a synonym - green. All conditions are created here so that young people feel confident.
