The Mogilev region at the Rural Women's Forum in MINSK will be represented by almost 50 participants of different ages and professions. Among them, Svetlana Frolova, a laboratory assistant at the Rechki dairy complex of CJSC Agrokombinat Zarya, for whom a trip to such a significant event on a national scale will be a real event. On the eve of the forum, BelTA correspondents talked to Svetlana Nikolaevna and found out why a woman's work in the countryside is so important and why she would not exchange rural life for the bustle of the city.
Svetlana Frolova's work is responsible - daily monitoring of MILK quality. Before loading the machine and sending the white gold for processing, it is necessary to carry out all the necessary tests, including for fat content, somatics, clotting, the presence of antibiotics and compliance with the protein norm. "You can't sit at work - there is always something to do: write out invoices and fill out magazines. This is agriculture - there is enough of everything," the woman smiles.Svetlana Nikolaevna has been working as a laboratory assistant for the last six years, before that she worked as a milkmaid for 20 years, but due to HEALTH reasons she had to change her field of activity. “A machine milking operator is not an easy profession: cows walk on a conveyor belt, they are on their own all the time,” she recalls. “It is not easy to defend a shift even at a young age. everyone. As the people say, if you don't stomp, you won't burst."
Nevertheless, Svetlana knew where she was going - her mother worked as a milkmaid all her life, so the woman understood the intricacies of the profession from childhood. A dairy farm for 1,000 heads was opened in Rechki in 2004, and Svetlana immediately got a job as a milkmaid. Here she was the first representative of this profession: first they taught her how to master new milking equipment, and then, as the staff and livestock increased, she taught other workers. “In any business, a person needs to calmly tell and explain all the nuances, help and support at the right moment. All this creates a friendly atmosphere and good relations in the team,” Svetlana is sure.
A simple and simple science - to work conscientiously for the good of the native land - Svetlana Frolova taught her three children. By the way, they also connected their professional life with agriculture, although there was an opportunity to go to another area, for example, to sports, because the daughter and son were successfully engaged in rowing. However, those who were brought up on earth are still drawn to her and return to their native places, the woman believes: “The children grew up very independent, helped in everything - they are my joy and pride. "and they'll clean the house and help out in the garden. They've become a little older, and no matter what the season, they go to work on grain so that they have their own money. And it's easier and calmer for me that they are at work. And, most importantly, in the family on their part there was always respect for parents and their hard work."
“I wouldn’t exchange rural expanses for city landscapes, everything is simpler and clearer here,” Svetlana Nikolaevna is sure. "You will spend the whole day - there are other distances in the city, an unusual rhythm of life. But in the village everything is nearby, the children had expanse, and the grandchildren are beautiful. There is not even such a problem that everyone is sitting on phones and computers - they run around in the fresh air all day , play and gain strength."
According to Svetlana, all the necessary conditions for a comfortable life have been created in the district: in Rechki there is a paramedical and obstetrical station, several shops, a post office, a park, a House of Culture, where all kinds of hobby activities are organized - dancing, singing, drawing, playing musical instruments. And the children are busy, and young people are busy, and the older generation has places to go and things to see. “In addition, we travel a lot on excursions from work, we saw Belarusian sights, we remember the beauty of St. Petersburg,” the interlocutor recalls. “But I want to say that our Nesvizh castle is in no way inferior to the architecture of the northern capital of RUSSIA in beauty and grandeur. This is ours, native, Belarusian, and we must appreciate and increase it."
Svetlana found out that she would become a member of the Rural Women's Forum a few days ago. Feelings were mixed - joy and gratitude for the trust, pride and responsibility for representing the company and the region at such a high level. Still, the trip is a kind of encouragement for good work. "I immediately looked on the Internet what kind of event it would be, what to prepare for. I am sure that we all will have a confidential and inspiring conversation, a warm and sincere meeting that will be remembered for a long time. I will definitely tell at home and at work everything I hear in Minsk. I know that it will be important for all agricultural workers and the whole country," she stressed.
Svetlana Nikolaevna tries to keep up with the times: she is interested in all the events in the country, she likes to read about her colleagues in the regional newspaper. “Everything is fine, but now the main topic is the situation around Belarus,” she says. “Our people are peaceful and hardworking, they know the price of peace, so there is only one wish – if only there was no war. Everyone has brothers, sons, fathers… Everyone wants to work and raise children under a peaceful sky. People should give their strength to the development and prosperity of their country, and not to external aggression. In this regard, our President is great - he does everything for a good life. Yes, my family and I did not travel much to compare, - "were with relatives in Russia, on vacation in Ukraine. And where is it better? Of course, at home! Where I was born - I fit in there!"
